Israeli Diplomat: Palestinian Leaders Mastermind Terrorist Attacks

Zschorlau, April 30 (idea) – Israelis face massacres like the school killings in Erfurt (Germany) every day, the Israeli diplomat Yossef Levy, Berlin, told the “Saxonian Friends of Israel” at a meeting in Zschorlau (East Germany).

He assured the Christian organization that Israelis feel compassion for the 16 innocent victims of the school massacre and their families. Most of his fellow citizens were wondering, however, why the rest of the world seemed to deny Israel the right to defend itself against suicide attacks and to punish the culprits.

In March alone 124 Israelis had been killed in Palestinian attacks. The prospect of peace had been strengthened by the destruction of “bomb workshops” in Jenin, Levy said. He claimed that more than 100,000 documents found in Palestinian centers in Jerusalem and Ramallah proved that the political leadership had masterminded acts of terrorism.

Foreign funds earmarked as development aid were in fact used to buy weapons and to train suicide bombers. About 5,000 East Germans, among them many Christians, belong to the “Friends of Israel”.
